Role Overview
- Client-focused service: Ensure customers understand their coverage and stay protected
- Support role with impact: Assist licensed agents by gathering forms, sending reminders, and maintaining client relationships
- Flexible work & purpose: Feel the satisfaction of helping clients stay protected while on a convenient schedule
Responsibilities
- Field calls and greet clients professionally
- Send renewal/payment reminders and process documentation
- Assist with support tasks and ensure clients’ coverage aligns with their needs
- Coordinate with the team to close gaps in protection
You Are
- Licensed in Property/Casualty Insurance (or willing to quickly obtain)
- Detail-oriented, friendly, reliable
- Comfortable with technology and communication
- Able to commit to consistent daily hours
