Part‑Time Client Care & Reception Coordinator

Location: Tropicana or Fort Apache, Las Vegas
Schedule: 4-8 hrs/day, 3–5 days/week (Mon–Fri)
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + performance bonus

Role Overview

  • Client-focused service: Ensure customers understand their coverage and stay protected
  • Support role with impact: Assist licensed agents by gathering forms, sending reminders, and maintaining client relationships
  • Flexible work & purpose: Feel the satisfaction of helping clients stay protected while on a convenient schedule
Responsibilities

  • Field calls and greet clients professionally
  • Send renewal/payment reminders and process documentation
  • Assist with support tasks and ensure clients’ coverage aligns with their needs
  • Coordinate with the team to close gaps in protection
You Are

  • Licensed in Property/Casualty Insurance (or willing to quickly obtain)
  • Detail-oriented, friendly, reliable
  • Comfortable with technology and communication
  • Able to commit to consistent daily hours
